Typically a 6′ fence post is set at 24"deep in concrete, 7′ fence 32"in concrete and 8′ is set 36" in concrete.

Do I need to be home during the installation?

No, all we need is a contact phone number if we run into any unexpected issues.

What type of fasteners are used when installing wood fence?

We use Stainless steel staples or Stainless steel screws can be installed also.

Do you offer paint or stain for my fence?

We do not paint or stain fence.

What is privacy fence made of?

Cedar is the most popular type of wood used for a privacy residential fence. All the framework is made of Doug fir and posts are made of pressure treated hemfir. Galvanized steel posts are also available. Another option is chain link with privacy slats or vinyl.

Is it normal to have different shades of cedar in my pickets?

Yes, cedar is a natural product that is not treated in any way, because of this every tree is unique in color and grain.

Is Iron or Aluminum fence better?

They both have positive and negative attributes. Iron if pre-galvanized and powder coated can last a long time and is very durable. Aluminum on the other hand will last forever in the weather but costs more and is not as durable.

What kind of warranties do you offer?

We offer a One Year Workmanship Warranty.

Who collects from my neighbors when sharing costs?

The client that signs the contract will be responsible for payment.

Do you find the property lines?

It is the homeowner's responsibility to locate property lines. However, you can check your local city's website to see if they have GIS maps to help you locate your property boundaries.

Do you call for public utilities?

Yes, we will call in locates for public utilities. Private utilities are the responsibility of the homeowner.

Estimates are always free we will gladly assist in helping you decide what is best for your needs.

Some things to consider are: property lines, utilities, easements and any other objects that may impede your new fence.

Do you offer financing?

No. We only offer payment by cash, check, or credit card.

Do you remove old/existing fences?

We can and will remove and haul away your old/existing fence if you choose.
